Taking part in *Casa a Prima Vista*, the Real Time programme dedicated to finding the perfect home, was an exciting and deeply rewarding experience for our agency. But there’s more: in the episode we featured in, the property presented by our agency was chosen as the winner.

Being selected to take part in the programme is in itself a significant recognition of the work we do every day in the local area. Seeing the property we proposed receive the award was a source of great professional pride for us.

We also had the pleasure of meeting Ida Di Filippo in person, a renowned estate agent and star of the programme, with whom we immediately established a genuine and stimulating rapport. This experience gave us the opportunity to showcase not only the property featured in the episode, but also its surroundings: the authentic charm of the Monferrato hills, the architecture of the historic houses, and the high quality of life this area has to offer.

During our meeting, we also spoke about the infernot, which have been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and this sparked great interest and admiration from Ida.
